The Multicultural Resource Center proposal aims to establish a dedicated space in Rochester, Minnesota, to foster cultural exchange, support community integration, and enhance access to vital resources for residents from diverse backgrounds. This initiative is spearheaded by ACHLA (Alianza Chicana Hispana and Latinoamericana) in collaboration with the Community Mobilization Resource Coalition (CMRC).
