Annoucing SharePoint Support for the Board

To assure long-term support we are taking steps to migrate the board's virtual teaming capabilities from DC3 to Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint. Those of you at Mayo are should be somewhat familiar with MS Office and SharePoint.

I will be granting each of you SharePoint access according to your email address per the following:

Getting individual login

Step 1: You will be receiving a email notification from development@diversitycouncil.org when your access has been granted.

Step 2: Click the email message "Get Started" link to go to the MS login page. If your email address already has a Microsoft account identity you are all set to go.

            Otherwise, you will be prompted to create a MS account for your email address. Follow the MS steps to create the account.

Usage Notes:

Anytime if you encounter this message, you can ignore it.

Instead just point your browser to the following url:

https://diversitycouncil.sharepoint.com/board/SitePages/Home.aspx

Generic Login Note:

I have created a generic board member login for board members temporarily only. Use it only temporarily. Please take the steps to get your own login.
